We seek to obtain these properties from municipalities for a nominal fee.
III. Rehabilitate
We restore each home, with accessibility in mind where it is needed.
IV. Open
We accept applications and welcome residents, with a rent-to-own path.

Affordable Housing and Rent-to-Own
We intend to keep rents within reach of low-income families, veterans, elderly residents and people with disabilities, and to offer a path from renting to owning a home.
